I bet I'm not the only one confronting how out of shape I am after leaving the gym over a year ago!! My joints have been aching and my flexibility has become limited to anything I can do when sitting!
Discussing this with my new doc, Dr. Valerie, she prescribed the Zach Bush 4min workout. I looked it up and did it a few times standing in my office behind my desk. Right then, I decided to make it this week's Goddess Living offering ... I am guessing we could all use an opportunity get moving!
