This month we have been discussing topics related to sex, sensuality and intimacy. I don’t know about you, but I have been learning A LOT! This is such a BIG subject for the feminine. A subject that impacts us all AND one that we have been taught not to talk about.
Goddess Embodiment Guide, Lettecia, shared with me the interview we are offering as this week's Goddess Living practice. I listened yesterday, it is an AWESOME conversation. I learned a bunch I didn’t know about my own body (at 52!). I learned that ‘arousal’ is not just about sex. As a woman raised in this time in history, pleasure has been over sexualized or banished entirely. No wonder I have not had the freedom to feel and experience pleasure fully.
On Friday’s Goddess talk (details below) we will be engaging in an inquiry about this very topic, pleasure. What if we were completely free to experience pleasure even in the everyday little things? What if we could experience greater and greater pleasure in our bodies without feeling guilty? What if pleasure is part of our birthright??!!
