For the last 9 months, we have been exploring our internal emotional health using the lens of the Chakra System as an access to various aspects.

Wellness attributes that relate to the different Chakras…

  1. Safety, stability, vitality, connection to earth and material world
  2. Emotions, creativity, pleasure, intimacy & sexuality
  3. Power, self-worth and sense of self
  4. Universal and personal love
  5. Truth, communication, expression and integrity
  6. Intuition, discernment, wisdom


And of course, what indicates when we are out of balance and what to do to heal.

Saturday's Goddess Living Members meeting, the last one of the year, was devoted to wrapping up this discussion. We investigated what a difference a little intention or even a passing awareness of these Chakra energy systems can have on our daily lives.

Good news! You can review any of the recordings of past Community meetings in your Members Library AND, you can do meditations that will specifically enhance, balance and heal the Chakras. (See the Practice below.)

This Week's Practice

Pick a Meditation


These two different Meditations are designed for the Chakra System itself.

Use one or both of them to keep the healing and balancing of your internal wellness system (Chakra) going.

The first one is the guided meditation Lettecia did with us in the meeting. The 10 minute Chakra Meditation (Daily Recharge).

This next one is Lettecia’s favorite. It covers the entire system with only music and the image / color of each Chakra. The meditation spends 3 minutes on each for a total of 21 minutes.
