The fun and informative exploration of the Chakra system continued in our monthly Members Program Session on Saturday.
This month we are looking at the 4th Chakra, aka the Heart Chakra (the Sanskrit name for this Chakra translates to unbroken heart). The Heart Chakra plays a role in the balance of logic and intuition and the balance of our physical self and spiritual self, among other things.
The biggest ah-ha moment for many of us, was realizing that the heart is unbroken…. The Heart Chakra unifies, and brings together the threads of love. It remembers the good things, acts of kindness from those close to us or even strangers AND it cultivates gratitude. The heart energy’s work is to be receptive and allow love to be.
Think about that, we can move ahead in life, unafraid to love, knowing that our heart, no matter how many times it is broken, will always return to wholeness.
We will continue to engage in an inquiry about the Heart Chakra and its role for us the rest of this month.
If you would like to discover, or revisit, the signs of a balanced or imbalanced Heart Chakra, or signs of it being overactive or under-active, watch/listen to the recording of Saturday's Goddess Living Members meeting. Included are remedies and affirmations that can be used to bring harmony to this important Energy Center.
This Week's Practice
Guided Meditation
Meditation is a practice that can be used to ground one’s self, slow down the chaos and tap into our inner powers.
The meditation Lettecia created for our Saturday Member’s session, as an access to the heart, is a great way to dive into the practice of meditation with her expert guidance.
Listen to it HERE and do that at least 3 times this week.
Enjoy the grounding and calming qualities of participating in this practice.
Please let us know, by replying to this email, if you are unable to listen to the recording for any reason.
